Delivery availability varies by item. Each product page shows the destinations currently open for that item; choose your country to see its price, currency and delivery information before ordering. A destination available for one item may not be available for another. We verify each route before opening it.

Preparation and transit

We arrange order processing promptly after confirmed payment and the necessary delivery details are complete. Current preparation is estimated at 1–3 days for most orders. Preparation and post-dispatch transit are consecutive stages. The destination's current estimate is shown before payment.

These are transit estimates after dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates. Some parcels take longer. Carrier delays, holidays, address details and stock changes can affect them. Tracking is sent when your order ships. Items may arrive in separate parcels; check each item's estimate and parcel tracking.

Changes or delays

If we cannot dispatch within the stated preparation window, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. We will not silently extend the dispatch window.

Delivery to currently supported destinations is included in the displayed price. Tracking availability and any postal-service limits are shown for the selected destination before payment. For international shipments, applicable import taxes or customs service charges are not included and may be collected by the carrier. Your destination's information is shown before payment. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
