Who handles your information

Geerd Junior Wedda, operating Little Useful, is responsible for this shop's use of customer information. Contact details are below.

Information we use

When you enter delivery details in the bag or order, we use your name, contact information, delivery address, order details and payment confirmation to prepare checkout, arrange delivery and provide support. Stripe handles card entry and payment processing; this shop does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

When you contact us, we store the information and message you provide, our replies and a private support-link token. Essential hosting and security services may process technical access data. Support and checkout rate limiting use a hashed technical identifier rather than storing the raw IP address in those records.

Your browser stores bag item identifiers and quantities, and your chosen delivery country, to keep your selections between visits. A temporary checkout reference clears purchased items after confirmed payment. You can remove bag items or clear your browser's storage. Card details are not stored in your bag.

Sharing and service providers

We share the delivery information needed with fulfilment and delivery partners. Stripe processes payments; Cloudflare hosts the shop and its order/support records; our customer-support mailbox uses Google. Some services and fulfilment activities can operate outside your country, subject to their applicable safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We keep information as needed to fulfil purchases, handle support, prevent misuse and meet legal recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell customer information. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights that apply to you.

The launch shop does not add advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential platform/security technologies may still be used. Keep your private order and support links confidential. You can contact the appropriate data-protection authority if you have a privacy complaint.
